These terms apply when you buy a video from Mint Frame ("we") through mint-frame.com or by email.

What you're buying

A finished video of your product in the style and length described in the package you choose (Single, Launch pack or Monthly), delivered in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 formats as MP4 files.

What we need from you

Product photos, a link to the product page, a short brief, and timely feedback. Our delivery times start when we have all of these. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos and product names you send us.

Payment

Singles and packs are paid in full before work starts. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and can be cancelled any time after the first month; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by bank transfer.

Delivery and revisions

First cut within 3 business days (Single), 5 business days (Launch pack) or 48 hours (Monthly) from the start of work. Singles and packs include two revision rounds; Monthly includes revisions until approved, within reason. Extra rounds are $40 each. Rush delivery adds 50%. A revision means adjustments to the delivered video (timing, text, music, a shot swap), not a new concept.

Rights

Once paid in full, you own full, worldwide, perpetual rights to use the delivered videos for paid and organic marketing. We keep the right to show the videos in our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us in writing not to.

AI disclosure

The videos are produced with generative AI tools under our direction. People, voices and settings in the videos are generated and are not real individuals. Some platforms require AI-generated content to be labeled; you are responsible for applying those labels when you publish.

No performance guarantee

We make the video. How it performs as an ad depends on your product, offer, audience and media buying, which we don't control. We don't guarantee views, sales or ad results.

Refunds

If we fail to deliver a first cut within the stated time, you can cancel for a full refund. After a first cut is delivered, payments are not refundable; the revision rounds are how we get it right.

Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
