Mint Frame ("we") runs mint-frame.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

The sample form. When you request a sample we collect your name, company, website or product page, a short description of what you sell, and your email address. We use these only to make your sample and to reply to you.

Project files. If you become a client, we hold the product photos, brand assets and briefs you send us for as long as needed to deliver and support your project.

Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Email. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can answer you.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask. We don't share your details with anyone except the services we need to run the site and deliver your work: our email provider, our hosting and form provider (Netlify), our analytics provider (Cloudflare), and the AI video tools we use to produce your video, which receive the product photos needed to make it.

How long we keep it

Sample requests: 12 months, then deleted. Client project files: for the length of the project plus 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Email hello@mint-frame.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll do it within 30 days.
